Shipping takes around 3 to 10 days after the order is placed successfully and the payments are made. The tracking link will be sent via email to your registered email address or whatsapp only on request. An estimated delivery time would be 2 to 10 business days, post shipping. Making yourself available during the delivery is very important.

Within Tamilnadu- Rs. 30 (Only  for orders through website)

South Indian states ( Kerala, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka)- Rs.60

Other Indian States- Rs. 90

If the shipping address is your office/ apartment/community, kindly ensure that the products are not mishandled by the securities or house helpers. 

If the orders are not delivered on time, intimate it within 15 days post the order date on zivarajewellery@gmail.com

Tracking the orders can be done using the links sent to your registered email id.

You can manually track them using 'Track your order' option on our website. The tracking ID would be available in your email sent to you when the order was placed.
