1.WHAT HAPPENS ONCE I PLACE THE ORDER?

 

After you place the order, our team will send you the original live picture of the damage free product proof on whatsapp before packaging . Please ensure that you provide the whatsapp number in the contact information of the order.

After the confirmation the product is sent to packaging and shipping department and processed.

Please ensure that you provide the complete address including your building name , number , receiver phone, email , street name, city , state , pincode and landmark completely to enable hassle free shipping.

The order will be processed and the tracking information will be mailed to you . Please check all the folders including the SPAM folder to receive the tracking within 48 hours from shipping.

 

  1. Offer or free shipping elegiblity

Any offer can be applicable for orders placed through our website only.

For offline orders , customised orders or preorders the offer cannot be applied.

Free shipping cannot be combined with any other offers.

For wholesale orders , free shipping is not eligible.

Offer cannot be applied on in store purchase orders.

Certain collection come at offer price by default and hence check out code will not be valid on them
Dunzo/ porter or same day shipping does not apply for free shipping.

  1. Chain add on feature

All our jewellery comes with a complimentary backrope

If u add a backchain, the backrope will not be included in the package by default

If U add back chain and rope, the complimentary rope will not be given and only 1 rope and back chain will be given .

 

  1. SHIPPING TIME

We ship on all days except weekends and public holidays and unexpected circumstances. Products under the https://zivarafashion.com/collections/non-kemp category will be despatched in 1 to 3 business days usually. Products under https://zivarafashion.com/collections/kemp-series category will be shipped in 3 to 7 business days as they are handmade after placing the order.

  1. PACKAGING PROCEDURE

The products are thoroughly packed in safe covers and placed in packaging carton boxes. The boxes are sealed inside a tamper-proof cover with the customer address (as mentioned by the buyer) written on it. We donot use or offer plastic /PVC boxes as per our logistic norms. Also separate boxes will not be provided for each of the product. They will be packed in a single compact packaging .

 

  1. CASH ON DELIVERY
PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY:

 COD COLLECTION CHARGES IS 50 RS ADDITIONAL

PARTIAL COD : PARCEL HANDLING CHARGES IS 20% ORDER VALUE

 ( COMPLETELY NON REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASONS )

IF the customer accepts the parcel during delivery , ONLY the balance 80% of the order value is payable

In case the customer rejects the parcel during delivery, the parcel handling charges of 20% plus shipping charges will not be refunded at any cost

7. DELIVERY TIME

ZIVARA FASHION USES THIRD PARTY COURIER SERVICES DEPENDING ON THE EARLIEST EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE DISPLAYED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THE PARCEL BY THE LOGISTICS TEAM

All parcels are shipped on express modes only . 

The shipments are handed over to the logistics partner after checking and packing them

The logistics team handles the delivery and fulfilment of the order

 However, we can tell an estimated delivery date of the parcel and the exact delivery date is not possible to mention as the delivery times changes based on the delivery location , delivery branch and local holidays and weather conditions

Chennai- 1 to 2 business days from dispatch

Tamilnadu – 2 to 4 business days froM dispatch

Andhra Pradesh , Telengana –  2 to 4 business days froM dispatch

Kerala,  Karnataka- 3 to 7 business days from dispatch

Maharashtra – 3 to 8 business days

Other northern states- 4 to 10 business days

RETURNS / EXCHANGE/ REFUND WILL STRICTLY NOT BE ENCOURAGED FOR DELIVERY DELAYS . WE WILL EITHER DELIVER THE PARCEL SOMEHOW OR TAKE THE RETURN AND SHIP BACK TO UR CURRENT LOCATION ( IN INDIA ) BASED ON THE INSTRUCTION OF THE CUSTOMER.

But the products life depends on the body heat conditions, exposure to chemicals like perfume ,hair spray , moisture, climatic conditions, storage etc. If preserved well they may last for longer life.
