Shipping and Delivery


Kemp orders are hand curated and an in-house creation of Zivara. For kemp orders, shipping takes 10 working days depending on the availability of raw material and order placement number.

The tracking link will be sent via email to your registered email address 

We ship using e-commerce partners ( Delhivery/fedex) or standard courier companies.

Shipping provider is chosen based on the serviceability of the customer location to make sure there is no delay or confusions in the delivery.

Shipping charges would be:

Within Tamilnadu- Rs. 60

Kerala,puducherry Karnataka - Rs. 80

Other Indian States- Rs. 100

 If the shipping address is your office/ apartment/community, kindly ensure that the delivery status  is not miscommunicated  by the securities or house helpers or neighbours. 

If the orders are not delivered within 15 days, please intimate it within 15 days post the shipping date on

Please ensure that you are available to accept the couriers and attend calls if the courier delivery boys call you.

In case the parcels return due to unavoidable reasons, please give us sufficient time to raise complaints and get them back to you.  


Processing of international orders

  1. Send us the screenshot of the products with the correct variants u want to order
  2. We will tell u the estimated weight of the order.
  3. The customer is free to choose between these options (DHL / UPS) (Aramex/DPx). We also encourage if u have any suggested shipping partner from your end and if that is feasible by us
  4. Once you have selected and agreed upon the shipping partner, we will tell u the approximate weight and the charges
  5. The payment will be in 2 steps. The first part will be the payment for the products cost which we has to be paid for us to initiate the order
  6. The second part payment will be the shipping charge, the exact amount that the courier service is going to charge us. By this way u can ensure that u pay the least charges and the exact amount only for shipping
  7. We assure perfect packaging standards and the product proofs will be sent to the customer before shipping to ensure all the items that u have ordered are included
  1. Once the shipping charges are credited, we will ship the order to the address conveyed by the customer and share the tracking number.


Customs duties are not the scope of the courier company or Zivara Fashion as they are based on the laws of the country where the customer wants to get the shipment done.

In case of loss or major damages, the customer will be provided with the customer care number of our third party logistic partner and they can coordinate with them.

We do not encourage shipping of any other products other than zivara ( from other vendors) as a matter of policy.

We include small jewellery spares for every order by default, so that minor damages, if any, can be addressed easily
