Return and refund policy

We do not encourage returns or exchanges or cancellations, for the following reasons

1. Doesnt suit the customer 

2. Changed the mind after purchase

3. Delivery time delayed less than 30 days

4. ordered by mistake 

5. Size issues for bangles or width of the motifs 

 For clarity on the quality or size details ,kindly contact our team for real pics in case of ready made jewellery and similar pics in case of kemp jewellery , before placing the order

 

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 7904637312, with details of the product and the defect.

We need unboxing videos without cuts from the opening of the grey cover.

Without unbox videos damage claims will strictly not be considered.

The product has to be shipped in 48 hours from the time of delivery and tracking number must be forwarded on the whatsapp number. 

Kindly return the parcel through INDIA POST economy only.

We will share the address for return if we accept for it , if in compliance with our norms
Refund or return is the sole decision of the company.

Return shipping charges (from zivara to the party) will be provided by the company in case of issues on our end . 

We donot offer reverse pickup facility as we use third party couriers and hence the parcels has to be shipped manually by the customer within the stipulated time to the address mentioned by our team. Tracking has to be shared by the customer.


Additional Shipping will be incurred and previous shipping charges paid will not be considered.
In addition, the unboxing video proof has to be submitted right from opening of the courier cover without any cuts in the video.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via WhatsApp, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Maximum damage claim is only Rs. 2000 or product cost whichever is lesser. 

If u want to cancel BEFORE DESPATCH due to unavoidable circumstances and if the team agress for it, CANCELLATION FEE OF 20% of the invoice value will be deducted.

In case of made to order products (kemp jewellery) if cancelled because of any unavoidable reasons ,making charges of 50% of the product cost per product will be charged additionally. The balance 50% will be eligible for exchange to another product only. Strictly no refunds. This is still possible if u confirm the cancellation within one hour of sending the proofs. After that no changes can be made.
